Plugin Boutique has launched a limited-time sale on PSP Audioware’s PSP MasterQ2, an effect plugin that can be utilized as a precise, surgical EQ for mastering or as a color processor for sound design and mixing.

Typically, mastering equalizers solely focus on equalization, but PSP MasterQ2 is more than just a mastering EQ; the “Q” represents “Quality.” PSP Audioware developed PSP MasterQ2 to serve as a creative tool for mixing and mastering, or wherever its features and quality are required.

PSP MasterQ2 can function at sampling rates ranging from 44.1kHz up to 768kHz. It provides seven different filters: 12, 24, and 36 dB/oct low cut and high cut filters; low shelf and high shelf filters that can be switched to peaking filters; and low-mid, middle, and high-mid peaking filters – all with adjustable frequency and Q over a wide range.

The EQ graph displays an overview of the EQ curve, including the unique characteristics of each filter. Alongside its robust filters, PSP MasterQ2 also offers a selection of limiting and “soft-clipping” algorithms to shape your signal and prevent digital peaking.

PSP MasterQ2 is available in VST/VST3, AU, and AAX plugin formats, and is priced at $29 USD until July 17th, 2023 (regular price: $149 USD).
